State and Local Efforts
State and local governments also frequently consider ways to help homeowners who make the effort to increase the energy efficiency or greenness of their homes. Promotions vary by area. A member of the Dwelltech team will be happy to check into whether additional tax credit incentives are available to you.

Manufacturer and Utility Company Rebates
Along with tax credits, many manufacturers and utility companies offer rebates when consumers make energy or green improvements. We will work with you to help identify any additional rebates that may be available to you from product manufacturers and/or local utility companies.

Some manufacturers and utility companies, and even mortgage companies, also offer low or no-interest promotional loans when purchasing and installing energy-efficient products.
